Functionality

What does Autochat allow?

To create all needed users on a centralized basis. Both those who work in the office, and those who work from home.
To set rules of communication between them. Who communicates with whom, and how. Create group chats, copies, etc.
To exchange text messages
To exchange files (graphics, multimedia, PDF, etc.)
To exchange voice messages
To store history of messages
To integrate with any CRM systems (through API)
The program may be run either as the Internet version (to work on PC), or as a mobile version (for Android smartphones)

Flexibility

Each company has its unique business processes. Broad options in settings of our application allow building a communication network for particular needs of each company.

Restricted system

An employee can communicate only with contacts assigned to him by the company. As the company administrator edits contacts, these contacts will update in employee devices.

Closed Internet

We also offer GoodRoaming SIM cards in tandem with Autochat, that may limit access to Internet so that only Autochat will work, and other programs will not.

History of messages

An authorized employee may browse through history of messages of each employee or for company in general.

CRM system integration

Simple API. Correspondence may be maintained directly in the company’s CRM system, and its history can be stored.

Custom solutions

We can customize Autochat to a customer’s needs, where necessary, at extra charge.
