What does Autochat allow?
Each company has its unique business processes. Broad options in settings of our application allow building a communication network for particular needs of each company.
An employee can communicate only with contacts assigned to him by the company. As the company administrator edits contacts, these contacts will update in employee devices.
We also offer GoodRoaming SIM cards in tandem with Autochat, that may limit access to Internet so that only Autochat will work, and other programs will not.
An authorized employee may browse through history of messages of each employee or for company in general.
Simple API. Correspondence may be maintained directly in the company’s CRM system, and its history can be stored.
We can customize Autochat to a customer’s needs, where necessary, at extra charge.
Simple and user-friendly interface contains all tools needed to work and does not require adaptation.
